ACT is a decentralized funding platform for social projects and charitable giving. ACT facilitates charitable giving using micropayments on a democratized platform, allowing donors to respond quickly to emergencies and avoid regulatory slowdowns. Funds received through the platform are pooled into a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that allows the community to vote on veted project proposals. The project vetting process includes a submission fee, auditing by curators on a public forum, automated matching with community users, and a community vote. ACT offers a three-token system, with VOTES tokens used for voting on and funding proposals, ACTION tokens used for determing curating privelages and rewards, and external exchange tradeable ACT tokens used to convert into ACTION tokens.
